YOU ARE ALREADY IMPLICATED

Dear couples, I want you to understand that you and your spouse becoming ONE through marriage is deep. It's not just a mere word or just the ability to legally live together with your spouse. I do not have any intention of putting fear into you. My assignment in this post is the open your eyes to the reality on ground.

Let me start by asking this question, have you conquered the demons in your lineage? Have you conquered the demons in your spouse lineage? If you are in Christ, you are a New Creature but you must keep defending your authority in Christ Jesus. In every lineage, there is a blessing that flows and also spiritual battles that flow. The blessings in your lineage are your advantage and this advantage will rob off on your spouse. The blessings in your spouse's lineage will rob off on you too. In the same way, the spiritual battles you have not conquered and keep conquering through Christ Jesus, will also implicate your spouse. The spiritual battles your spouse's have not conquered will implicate you too.

Either you believe it or not, there are powers in your lineage that will fight any one that loves you and want to make life easier for you. There are assigned demon against any one who wants to make you happy or make your spouse happy. People's reaction towards you are not normal. This is a spiritual battle that is dictating people to treat you in the negativity.

There are things your spouse never planned in their mind to do and say to you some times that happens. It's not because they choose to but there are spiritual powers that manipulate your spouse against you. It's also happens the other way round. These are powers from your own lineage. These are powers from your spouse lineage too. Always approach every conflicts from the spiritual dimension. No conflict will strike if the devil haven't project an attack in the spirit. How can your spouse that honour you, easily disrespect you and still not even feeling he or she have done any thing wrong? The enemy have done this.

For your information, there are demonic powers fighting you and fighting your spouse from your lineage. Another thing you should embrace is this, there are demonic powers on your spouse's lineage that is fighting you and fighting your spouse. So, if your marriage is not a place of prayer, you are in a great trouble.

Don't be carried away, ask questions about your spouse lineage down from your spouse parent, to the past third generation. Go back to your own village or parents and ask questions about patterns of negative events in your own lineage, from your parents down to the past third generation. What have people suffered in your spouse's lineage? What have your parents or the past third generation suffered? Don't just say God forbid and fold your hands doing nothing. You might not see traces of such in your spouse yet, but begin to war in advance against powers that be, in your spouse lineage (even in your own lineage too). Some powers don't show up in some marriage until it is 15 years into the marriage. Some won't manifest till it is 20 years into the marriage. In you and your spouse, there are battles in your blood, waiting for an opportunity to manifest.

Negative patterns in your spouse's lineage and in your lineage are not factors to use in judging each other. Don't use it as a weapon against your spouse. These information are fact that dictates the direction of your prayers and attitude towards each other. THERE IS NO CONFLICT BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR SPOUSE SINCE YOU GOT MARRIAGE, TILL YOU ARE OLD THAT WILL BE NEW. It has either happened in your spouse's lineage or in your own lineage in the past.

You are not alone in this, depend on Jesus and pray. The only thing that keeps marriage is understanding, prayers and the fruit of the spirit (godly attitude).

Dare to be a praying couple. Your spouse is not the enemy. The only enemy is the devil that have come to steal, kill and destroy your destiny and marriage. This is your day.

THE POWER OF WORDS IN MARRIAGE

Your hurtful words can be like those arrows in that they can be devastating. Who sharpen their tongue like a sword, And bend their bows to shoot their arrows—bitter words. Psalm 64:3 (NKJV) Picture this. Carrying a bow and some arrows, you walk into a room full of people. You then start shooting arrows all over the room. Some of those arrows hit the wall. Some hit the furniture. But some hit the other people. You look over to see one of those arrows sticking out of the chest of your spouse. You cry out that you didn’t mean to. You were just shooting around and weren’t planning on hitting anyone. But you did. And now they’re badly hurt. That arrow is out there and you can’t bring it back. Your hurtful words can be like those arrows in that they can be devastating. People are hurt by words that are thoughtlessly spoken as much as words that are said with the intent to harm. And like those arrows, you can’t take them back. They’re already out there. Those wounds can take a long time to he...

Modeling Christ's Love in Marriage

Marriage, for Christian couples, is more than just a partnership—it is a reflection of Christ’s love for the church. Ephesians 5:25 calls husbands to love their wives “just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her.” This love is not based on convenience or feelings but on a selfless, sacrificial commitment. For both spouses, reflecting Christ’s love means prioritizing the other person’s needs above personal desires. It means choosing to serve, forgive, and extend grace even when it is difficult. In your marriage, are you modeling Christ’s love in the way you speak, act, and respond to your spouse? Sacrificial love is displayed in everyday actions—through patience, kindness, and a willingness to put your spouse first. It might look like offering a listening ear after a long day, choosing to speak words that heal rather than hurt, or making time to nurture emotional and spiritual intimacy. This kind of love requires humility and a heart yielded to Christ’s example. Are ther...

Marriage as a Trust from God

Marriage is not ownership; it is stewardship. God entrusts a man and a woman to each other, not to control one another, but to serve His purpose together. Genesis 2:18 shows God’s intent: “It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper suitable for him.” The union was never designed for dominance but for partnership under divine direction. When a husband or wife begins to treat the marriage as a personal possession, love becomes performance instead of purpose. A husband is not the owner of his wife; he is a steward of her heart. His role is to nurture, protect, and lead with humility and understanding. Likewise, a wife is not the controller of her husband; she is a steward of his trust and calling. Her role is to support, encourage, and partner with him in purpose. Both are caretakers of what God has joined, not competitors for power. The moment either forgets this, conflict replaces communion, and control replaces compassion. Seeing marriage as a divine assignme...
